Crock Pot Pork Chops

6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning
10 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup

To eat tonight:
1. Place pork chops, Ranch seasoning and soup into a medium sized crock pot over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.

To Freeze:
Dump all ingredients into a Ziploc freezer bag.  Carefully mush everything together to combine. Then freeze flat. The day before you want to eat this pull it out of the freezer. In the morning dump slightly thawed food into crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Serve gravy over mashed potatoes with porkchops on the side.

Just joined your site, very new to freezing meals for a later date. Am I missing something? This is just an "easy quick meal" that looks great btw, but I dont see any instructions if it was froze before making and how it was done if it was? Or is the site a mix of easy meals and freezer meals?
